Project Overview

Denver, CO

Pre-construction and general contractor services of a new priest retirement center on the 100-year-old John Paul II Center for the New Evangelization campus. The two-story building will provide housing for 14 with two guest accommodations.

The residence center includes a common kitchen, gathering space, social area, exercise room, and chapel. This project completes a quad of buildings on the archdiocese campus that has been a century in the making. The clay tile roof and stunning brick work were designed to match the historical and liturgical style of the campus.

"I highly recommend Krische Construction based on our recent experience working with them for pre-construction services for the Prophet Elijah House project. Their personal involvement, attention, knowledge of construction, and understanding of current pricing was incredibly beneficial to developing a design that is both desirable and feasible to the owner. Krische Construction is fair, dependable, and a pleasure to work with."
