Project Overview

Boulder, CO

The Ponderosa Mobile Home Park, located on Broadway in the City of Boulder, was built in the 1950s and was recently annexed to the City of Boulder. The utilities infrastructure of the park has deteriorated over time, and the City has proposed to replace mobilehomes with fixed-foundation affordable housing over time.

This Phase I project will provide new sewer and waterlines to existing homes, make alterations to Cherry Avenue to provide additional access to the community, and prepare the park for the incorporation of new site-built homes to provide more affordable housing for the City of Boulder.

KCI has just started on this project and is working closely with the leadership of the Ponderosa Community as well as the City of Boulder to provide these critical improvements in a safe and efficient manner.
