Loomiller Neighborhood Park is an existing 15-acre neighborhood park featuring a pond and magnificent views of the Front Range. The goal of the renewal project was to develop a park renewal plan and implement the highest priority upgrades. After development of this plan, upgrades to the park were prioritized for implementation and included a new playground, disc golf course upgrades, removal of unused buildings, renovation of restrooms and shelters, new site furniture, LED light fixtures, and signage upgrades, irrigation system upgrades, landscape improvements, and concrete path improvements. The renovations create a safe, usable, enjoyable, and accessible experience for users of Loomiller Park.
