Located in an industrial area of Denver, the IDC building was built in the mid 1950s. One portion of the building was ground level and the remainder was two stories. This renovation includes demolition of most of the building and bringing the entire structure to three stories. The finished project will include ground-level, covered parking and retail space on all three levels.

During construction, an unknown condition was found that required resolution to continue construction. Old wood piles under the existing footers were discovered. Additional engineering was completed to allow this project to move forward and built per design.
