Project Overview

Mead, CO

Built in 1911, the original Guardian Angels Church building was too small to accommodate the growing parish. A new 11,445-square-foot parish hall would provide the parish with gathering space, classrooms, a full commercial kitchen, offices, and a temporary worship space until another new church building completes their master plan. This project included an extensive site redevelopment to bring new utilities and expanded parking.

Krische Construction provided comprehensive pre-construction services including estimating, cost modeling, value engineering, and entitlement assistance.

"Guardian Angels Catholic Church chose Krische Construction because of their excellent reputation and considerable work history with the Archdiocese of Denver. We have not once been disappointed. Krische Construction delivers quality great value pricing. Krische’s project manager and supervisors are very competent and thorough. Job site safety has been perfect to date. I would be happy to address further any questions, and recommend very highly that you secure their construction services."
