Project Overview

Longmont, CO

Fall River is the second phase of Longmont Housing Authority’s Prairie Village Development. Krische Construction is providing pre-construction and construction services to build this 60-unit senior apartment building for low and moderate-income families.

The four-story building includes laundry services on each floor, a large common hall with kitchenette, recreation room, and four exterior decks including two at the fourth floor overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

Landscaping includes communal outdoor grills and seating areas, a neighborhood amphitheater, raised garden beds, exercise stations, and a life- size chess set in a hardscape court.

Core communal spaces pin the southeast corner of the site with two linear housing wings extending north and west. This creates an urban edge along the adjacent streets, and compliments the Spring Creek senior housing development to the east.

All units will be visitable with four fully-accessible ADA units. Fifty-six units will be constructed as convertible ADA units.
