Project Overview

Littleton, CO

Clement Park opened in 1987. The park features a 60-acre lake, playgrounds, concession stand, softball fields, and amphitheater as well as lighted trails and
shelters. The tennis and basketball courts had become unusable due to age and use and have been closed. Foothills Parks & Recreation sought to establish Clement Park as a premier destination in the Denver Metro area. To implement elements of the master plan and provide expanded recreational uses to the community, additional tennis courts and new pickleball courts were planned to be added at the park.
Park construction included demolition of the basketball court, resurfacing a tennis court, constructing 10 new lighted pickleball courts, constructing two new lighted tennis courts, adding a new playground and shade shelters, new site lighting, and renovation of the irrigation and landscape.
