The owner acquired this 100+-year-old building, financed by Midwest Re- gional Bank, to remodel into a franchise Anytime Fitness gym. The historical use of this building left the structure with considerable structural and build- ing envelope damage. Krische worked closely with the owner to complete the necessary repairs as cost efficiently as possible. The build out resulted in a modern, code compliant facility that has retained much of its historical charm. This project, located downtown a block from the Town Hall, will be a landmark for the growing Town of Mead.

The work began in late 2018, and included demolition, infill of the basement, limited exterior restoration, new roof, structural repairs, new MEP systems, new storefront systems, site work, and interior finishes.
