Krische Construction Recognized as a Mercury 100 Fastest-Growing Company

The Boulder County Business Report recently named Krische Construction in the Mercury 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Mercury 100 is an annual event presented by the Boulder County Business Report and recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. In order to be eligible, companies must be privately owned and based in either of these counties.

Krische Construction ranked 31st among companies on the Mercury 100 list for an annual revenue more than $2 million. Two notable projects in 2012 helped Krische’s growth during this period of time. These include The Hearthstone at Hover Crossing and the St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, both located in Longmont.

The Hearthstone at Hover Crossing included construction of a multi-family building and all associated site work. This is the sister building to The Lodge at Hover Crossing, adding 100 units for the Longmont Housing Authority (LHA). Both projects were completed under budget, and Krische Construction is proud to be a part of LHA’s efforts to assist low income seniors and families.

St. Francis of Assisi included construction of a two-story Catholic Church and site development of nearly 14 acres of land including utilities, roadway, parking, landscaping, and water detention. Krische Construction was involved during the entire design process and influenced the final design. According to Joe Black, Krische Construction’s Project Manager, “It was critical that we were completed by the Feast Day of St. Francis so that the church could hold a grand opening. We were delighted to meet this deadline and complete the project under budget.”
