KCI partnered with The Inn Between to deliver Wesley Townhomes, an 11-unit, 2-story supportive housing community designed for extremely low-income residents in Longmont. This project reflects our shared commitment to creating dignified, stable housing that strengthens lives and neighborhoods.

As CM/GC, KCI worked collaboratively from preconstruction through build-out to ensure cost efficiency, LIHTC compliance, and high-quality construction. The development includes thoughtfully designed units, accessible site features, and supportive community elements to help residents thrive.
